Team: Formulation Research and Development (FR&D)

Experience: 1-2 years
Qualification: M. Pharma (Pharmaceutics)

Responsibilities and key skillsets:

Well versed with ICH guidelines, scientific literature search and must have a good verbal and written communication skill.
Responsible for Qualification of instruments / equipment’s, preparing and reviewing SOP, technical reports and periodic calibrations as per procedures.
Able to perform scientific experiments for projects deliverables such as preformulation studies, prototype formulation development etc.in aggreged timeline and must have a keen eye for detailing, good understanding and trouble shooting skills.
Active participation in team meetings, scientific discussion forums and should be a good team player, can able to coordinate with cross functional teams to contribute team goals.

Team: Analytical Research and Development (AR&D)

Experience: 1-2 years
Qualification: M. Pharma (Analysis)

Responsibilities and key skillsets:

Well versed with ICH guidelines, scientific literature search and must have a good verbal and written communication skill.
Responsible for preparing and reviewing SOP, analytical method validation reports and protocols, cleaning validation report, analytical method transfer reports
Responsible for qualification and maintenance of working standard, analytical test methods, routine analysis such as moisture content, HPLC, KF etc. and periodic calibrations of analytical instruments /equipment. as per procedures.
Active participation in team meetings, scientific discussion forums and should be a good team player, can able to coordinate with cross functional teams to contribute team goals.

Team: Quality assurance (QA)

Experience: 1-2 years
Qualification: M. Pharma (Quality assurance)

Responsibilities and key skillsets:

Well-versed with ICH guidelines, and regulatory guidelines and must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Responsible for preparing and reviewing SOP, Guidelines, protocols and maintaining & issuing documents, and controlling forms and logbooks.
Review of product development reports, development strategies, analytical method validation reports and protocols, Analytical reports, LNB, IQ, OQ & PQ of instruments/equipment etc.
Support department for audit preparation and monitoring, conducting internal audits and also support in the preparation of various client visits, regulatory and QP audits.
Support in external audit, vendor qualification, applying for licenses, and NOC for developmental activities.
Ensuring adherence to the policies, SOPs and compliance to the overall procedures.
Ensuring environment and health safety policies of Sterin labs.
